It was my Mother-in-Law that started it all! She decided to move away from Michigan over 8 years ago, and began planting a seed in my head that I would do well in Cincinnati. She kept telling me, “I really think you should move dear”. I told her, I’m good here in Michigan. One day, it hit me like a ton of bricks! The only word that came to mind was: POTENTIAL!!!
The mere fact that I had the POTENTIAL to land an amazing job, the POTENTIAL to move my family into a larger environment, the POTENTIAL to develop new relationships and build stronger roots for my family. This desire became the fuel and passion for the next phase of my life. So, I began my job search for future employment in Cincinnati, OH and I stumbled across a POTENTIAL opportunity! The Business Development Director position became open at Frame USA and I knew I’d be a great fit for the company. This company reminded me of home. Hard working people with a passion to serve others – making quality American made products! The CEO, Dan Regenold, had a vision to take a simple concept for selling posters and making picture frames – consequently turning it into a successful business model that has an international client base!
The future is so bright. The world is ever-changing and the methodologies for new business practices evolve over time. How do we remain current and present in the marketplace? How do we capitalize on new possibilities and opportunities? We must seize the moments that present themselves before us and build upon it. Building sometimes looks MESSY! Dust, dirt, rubbish, new materials, and loud noises are all associated with building something. Things scattered over the floors, design plans and blueprints serve as the guiding light in a chaotic environment. When we are building something, you need to surround yourself with people that can help you finish the job. You need people with expertise to get certain jobs done! You CANNOT do it alone! I encourage you to dig deep, find your bearings and build! It’s a new world out here – be sure to make your mark! Let’s Build shall we?
