Our new website has been live for about 2 months now, and the response has been favorable to say the least! We’ve had less complications with our customers because of this positive change, but also some new questions that we were not used to receiving with our old picture frame website. We decided to take those framing questions and blog about them here, in an open discussion. Feel free to add to the discussion or ask some questions yourself!
Do I have to assemble my frames?
Nope! We are a manufacturer of ready-made picture frames, meaning that they come to you fully assembled! There are products that give you some freedom of assembly and creativity, such as our U-Frame kit 1 and U-Frame kit 2.
Can I order custom sizes for corrugated/hardboard/foamcore poster frames?
Of course! On the individual product page, where the volume order form is located, there is a custom size tab that allows you to select a frame of any size up to 36″. Check out the informational page here!
What comes with my frame?
Details are shown on each frame size/color in the volume order form. The abbreviations are for the following:

G=Glass
M=Mat
S=Styrene
WH=Sawtooth Hanger
If I have an x” x y” image, what size frame do I need?
We cover this information in our snazzy FAQ section!
