Frame USA C.R.E.A.T.E.S

Frame USA has been in business for over 35 years, and there are many values that as a company we take to heart on a daily basis. This year, we have solidified 7 core values to be used as tangible metrics in how we interact with customers, coworkers, and vendors. These values are something that every department felt were crucial elements to a successful relationship with all parties involved in making Frame USA who we are today.

We routinely focus on these values with every decision or action that we take. We want you to know that you aren’t just buying American-made picture frames with us, you are buying from a company who truly cares about what they do and how they act.

Consistency

Consistency is the ability to remain the same in behavior, attitudes, or qualities.

Why is this important? Consistency in our product line gives our customers confidence in our brand.

Respect

Respect is the due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others.

We’re a family-owned business that treats our employees as part of the family. The management staff listens to the employee’s thoughts and feelings and take them into consideration when we make decisions and policies. Frame USA extends that invitation to all vendors and customers that interact with us. We treat everyone as part of our family and we deal honestly and ethically with all.

Excellence

Excellence is the quality of being outstanding or extremely good.

You aren’t in business for 35 years if you haven’t gotten a good product. While excellent products are great, excellent employees are even better. We hire employees who display a passion for workmanship. Why? Employees with passion ensure that everything they accomplish is done so with care and dedication.

Accountability

Accountability is an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions

We understand that while we strive for excellence, sometimes things happen and we will ALWAYS take accountability for those if they were in our power to control. If one of our products arrived damaged we will send out replacements. We also hold our employees accountable for the job they were hired to perform.

Teamwork

The combined actions of a group of people working together effectively to achieve a goal

It’s not a surprise that Teamwork is one of our core values. This one is important to almost every business that exists. We have 6 main departments throughout the company and when we come together for things such as new products, or process improvements we ensure that there is someone from every department to ensure that there is a voice from all parts of the business coming together to make the decisions.

Empathy

Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Our employees are always free to express their opinions on things and we will always take them into consideration. We train our customer service employees to interact with our customers with empathy. Every employee at Frame USA interacts in a way as though they would want to be treated.

Safety

Our final core value is an important one, especially in the last year. Safety is protecting against failure, breakage, or accident.

The majority of our company is in our warehouse manufacturing our high-quality picture frames. Being safe ensures that our employees stick around, as well as ensures our products get out of the building to our customers who purchased them. We have a number of protocols in place to ensure the safety of our employees. Wearing open-toed shoes is not allowed. Gloves and safety glasses must be worn during all cutting. Earplugs to ensure that our saw team keeps their hearing in tack while cutting the wood frames.

With the covid-19 pandemic still present, we had to introduce additional safety measures to ensure our employees stay healthy.

  1. We have been ordering your products for years and have always been satisfied which is why I use your company. But last week we received an incorrect order for over $200 worth of mats that will be useless since they are the wrong size. It was an order for sixteen 16 x 20 mats/backing mats. What we received was sixteen 15 x 20 mats/backing mats. Furthermore, there was no packing slip included with the order like usual. We e-mailed you immediately and didn’t get a response, so today we called. Your policy of no returns should not apply since it was your mistake. I’m a member of Central Ohio Watercolor Society and Ohio Watercolor Society. You’ve missed several of your key values on this one. I am 86, I’m not a charity case (which you mention on your site as one of your values) but I expect respect and fairness.

    • Hi Robert, I just talked with our customer service team and checked your order and it looks like your original order shows you ordering 15×20 mats. We will always make things right if a mistake or incorrect item is accidentally sent. However, in this case it appears that you ordered exactly what you received and because it is considered a custom item we cannot offer returns/refunds on it.
